These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Mike Atkins Teaching Ministries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of The Life Paradigm website, courses, store, community, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Eligibility and accounts

Optional gifts and physical orders

Amounts, charges, and fulfillment

The Life Paradigm course is available with lifetime access. During enrollment, you will be invited to prayerfully choose a gift amount to support Mike Atkins Teaching Ministries. If you are unable to give at this time, you may still enroll at no cost. If you choose to make a gift or order a physical resource, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount displayed before submission.

Physical product details, shipping information, and any applicable charges are shown during checkout. If you believe a charge or order was made in error, please contact us promptly.

Course access

Personal accounts and group study

Each course registration is associated with one person’s Kajabi account, and login credentials should not be shared. Groups and churches are welcome to study the material together, but each participant should register using their own email address.

The course and its materials may not be resold, publicly distributed, copied, uploaded, or sublicensed without written permission.

Lifetime access

What lifetime access means

Lifetime access refers to the supported life of The Life Paradigm course or service. It is not a guarantee that any particular platform or technology will remain available forever. We may migrate the content to a successor platform or provide a reasonably comparable method of access.

Content and conduct

Intellectual property

The Services—including videos, audio, text, graphics, downloads, branding, course structure, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Mike Atkins Teaching Ministries and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the access license above, no rights are granted to you.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Copy, record, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, sell, sublicense, or distribute course materials except where we give written permission;
• Share an account beyond the number of people covered by your purchase;
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
• Attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with security, or gain unauthorized access;
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content;
• Use the Services in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful; or
• Misrepresent our content as your own or use it to create a competing course or service.

Your submissions

If you submit a testimonial, comment, message, image, or other content, you retain ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and process it as necessary to operate the Services. We will obtain any additional permission needed before publicly using your name, image, or testimonial for promotional purposes.

Educational and spiritual-content disclaimer

The Life Paradigm provides educational and spiritual teaching. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. No particular spiritual, personal, relationship, health, financial, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

Availability and legal terms

Third-party services

The Services may rely on third-party platforms, payment providers, or links. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

Availability, changes, and termination

We may maintain, update, migrate, replace, or discontinue parts of the Services. When a change materially affects purchased access, we will provide any notice, remedy, or substitute access required by law or promised at checkout.

We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Services, fail to pay an amount due, or create a security or legal risk. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT LIMIT RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE WAIVED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MIKE ATKINS TEACHING MINISTRIES AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED [LIABILITY CAP—E.G., THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE DURING THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS]. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnification
